Today i started my new project ( 3.Mai 2010 ) It will be a pinball as a prototype which get a complete new look with some parts from his original (1997). The machine get the P2K technology from the Wizard Blocks; with a changed and much more bigger cabinet without metal legs in the widebody format size! In the much more bigger backbox will be a more bigger TFT display; and over that it will be possible to play on a little playfield with multi levels. The ball will be go with a transporter lifter system into the higher levels; there will be at the normal level playfield a much more bigger castle and many more new features.

All i use for this very special pinball machine will be exclusive produced by myself as single parts; constructed with CAD/CAM technology in plastic moulding technology on a plastic injection machine. All parts will be printed in screen technology; the cabinet get no decals; all will be engraved and at end it will get a look like a big stone castle. I hope you´ll enjoy my project which will go over many years. Now the engraving of the lower part has started - a lot of work which needed around one week. First i made some layouts on the PC; it´s much more easy to look for the first designs; fast and easy it´s deleted or moved; but it was only a work about 15 minutes; and my ideas in my head got her reality. All engraving lines were painted with hand and also milled with a normal hand milling machine; a fast and simple way to get wonderful results.

The stones for the edges and round edges were made by thin plywood; engraved and then glued onto her places.... and after sanding all the foot is now ready for the painting! But this will coming first in many weeks - because it will be made if all woodwork is at his end. Now the MM logo is cutted out from a thick sheet of plywood; this logo will be made in 3D.  Cabinet is complete engraved and connected with the foot; now the logo of the MM is in the milling process on my copy milling machine to get the 3D structures. Both MM logos are ready now and fixed at the cabinet´s wall. The backbox main frame is ready and sitting on the cabinet. Meanwhile i´m working at the complete castle for the backbox which will get a castle with 5 towers; a tower bridge and much more details; like light for some windows; a new designed front view with a second playfield inside; the “Knights Room”.

The five big towers are ready and in front of the castle will be a maintenance door: Behind this door there will be the PC control unit which can be moved outside - for better repair and service. A lot of details are ready now and there will coming much more! The ball will run over the woodbridge in front under the backglas; this is the return lane from the 2 nd playfield the “Knight Hall”. With a new ball collecting system the balls will go with the lifter to the top of the castle to a ball magazine. The balls will go from the magazine over the drawbridge to the Knight´s Hall.

Many new parts habe been made and all is hand made for this special project. To make this parts needs a lot of time and all walls of the castle get now engraved wood sheets. That´s a work which really takes no end - but to get a wonderfull view of this castle it must be - there is no way out. All edges of the walls get stone strips made of wood - also a lot of work. There are so many wall edges..... The roofs of the house and tower get all shingles cutted from thin plywood and the top of the right tower in front get a timber wood; also cutted from thin plywood sheets. There are many new details made on the castle like small thin sheets on the top of the tower walls. The highest left tower behind gets four small towers made of wood on the lathe turn machine. Many new details will be made for future like the real working tower drawbridge where the balls go to the second playfield.....
