Aus einer 15mm starken Multiplex Platte werden die ersten Ausschnitte gefräst. Dann wird wieder alles per Hand auf dem Spielfeld gefräst; hier rechts der kleine Protektor für die fallende Kugel.

From a sheet of plywood i make the first cut-outs and then it´s time for milling all holes with my machine. On right picture i make the deepening for the falling ball protector.

Hier sind schon einige Löcher gefräst und auch die Vertiefungen für die Hole Protektoren. Rechts das komplett gefräste Spielfeld.

Some holes are milled and also the deepenings for the hole protectors. On right the complete milled playfield.

Nun können die Inserts in ihre Löcher geklebt werden. Dies mache ich mit einem speziellen elastischen Kleber. Nachdem die Inserts fest verklebt sind werden die noch überstehenden Inserts plan abgefräst.

Now the inserts can be glued into her holes with a special strong & elastic glue. After this some inserts must be milled down - which have a high level.

Nach dem Planfräsen kann nun alles glatt geschliffen werden in mehreren Stufen. Je glatter; umso besser wird alles weitere. Hier nun die Vorbereitungen für die einzelnen Lackierungen.

The high level inserts were milled down and now it´s time for the sanding in different steps. More and better smooth surface makes next work better and easier! All is now prepared for the painting and brushing.

Als Grundlage muß zuerst alles in weiß lackiert werden. Dann folgt die nächste Lackierung für den farbverlauf in mehreren Farbtönen. Alles was geschützt bleiben muß wird durch die Maskierfolie abgedeckt.

The first layer of all must be white. It´s the basic to get later brightness colours. The next step is the shade of many colours: Black-blue-red-violet-light blue-pink. This can be made in one step; and all areas which must be protected - they are covered with masking tape.

Nachdem alle Farben; Drucke und Feinheiten erstellt worden sind; wird das Spielfeld in mehreren Lagen versiegelt. Hier waren es 8 dünne Schichten Klarlack.

After i make all brushing and printing; the playfield is ready for the clearcoating process with 8 thin layers.
